This covers general functionality assistance with any of Confirmit's standard solutions, such as help with producing surveys and reports. Mbox Mail Rapidshare Downloads. Assistance beyond that included in Standard Support is considered an Additional Service and is subject to our prevailing rates.
Additional Services may include Jscript/HTML/SQL assistance, checking and editing of respondent lists, programming of surveys or reports, quality assurance of programming, and support of customer solutions developed by Confirmit.
